How to Download Your Products
Our digital delivery module makes downloading your files easy as can be. Here is all you need to do:
1. Click on the link provided with the download instructions.
2. When the download page opens, you will be asked for your download password. This password is located in the region of the email that contains the download link.
3. Enter your password into the window provided and continue.
4. You will then be shown a download page with all of the files you are entitled to receive as a result of your purchase. Each file will have its own download button.
5. Download the file(s), one at a time, choosing to Save rather than Open the files directly.
Do not attempt to download multiple files at once, as our security measures do not allow this to occur. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you, as this is required to adequately protect our designer's products.
(Note: The reason that you may have multiple files to download is because a full 30% of our customers have Internet connections that prevent them from downloading large files. These customers are connecting to the Internet in rural US locals or International areas where cable or broadband connections are not available yet. This is why we try to limit our zipped file size to approximately 25 MB.)
6. Back up your files on a CD as quickly as possible. Computer hard drives are known to fail and you'll be so happy that you still have your Scrap Girls products if this should happen to you.
As a reminder, your download links will expire in just 30 days, so make sure that you plan accordingly.
If you experience any difficulties whatsoever during your download process, please contact us right away. We are happy to help. (Please note: We do not work on Sunday, so any support requests made during that time will be taken care of on Monday.)
For your convenience, we have also placed your download password and download area information into your Scrap Girls Boutique account area. Just log in to your account to view all of your Order History information, including this password.
