Turning your completed Presentation Digital Scrapbook 1-2-3 project into a movie to share on YouTube, Facebook or elsewhere couldn’t be easier! These movies can be viewed on both Mac and PC so they are perfect to email to family and friends. Let’s get started!
Step 1
Open up the Presentation Digital Scrapbook 1-2-3 that you would like to turn into a movie. Select Share in your Keynote menu bar at the top of your screen. Scroll down to Export.
A dialog box will open, choose QuickTime at the top of the dialog box. You will also see where you can set different options like Playback Uses – I just leave it at Recording Timing. This will play the video at the same speed and settings you set up in Keynote.
Step 2
Next, you can choose the size of your movie. I chose Full Quality, Large, but you may need to choose one of the other options depending on how you will be using the movie.
Step 3
Now, name your movie and choose where you want to save it on your computer. Then hit the Export button to create your movie!
Step 4
After your movie is exported you will see its thumbnail in the file you saved it in. Double-click on the movie thumbnail and it will open up in QuickTime ready to play!
Step 5
You can now share your movie by uploading to YouTube, Facebook, or emailing it!
Step 6
Select Share in the QuickTime Menu at the top of your screen. Select how you want to share your movie. Each one will have instructions to help you upload your movie!
