Sometimes, you may wish to combine multiple PowerPoint Presentation Digital Scrapbook 1-2-3 albums into one file. This allows you to add variety to your albums or create a single movie or album that covers multiple topics. The process for doing this is quite simple!
Step 1
Locate the New Slide dialogue, found at the top right-hand corner of the Home tab. Choose the Reuse Slide option from the drop-down menu. It is located at the bottom of the list.
Step 2
The Reuse Slides dialogue will appear. Select the Open a PowerPoint file option.
Step 3
Choose the PowerPoint file you wish to use.
Step 4
The slides of the Presentation you have chosen will appear in the right-hand dialogue.
Step 5
Double-click on the slide you wish to add. The slides will then appear over in the slide sorter. You can then rearrange them or use them in the same way you have used any of the slides.
