Turning PNG Doodles into Digital Scrapbooking Brushes in Photoshop or Photoshop Elements
Here is a layout that I made last night about my oldest son. I used some of the Calendar Doodles as brush accents.
If you are running Photoshop or Photoshop Elements, here's how you turn a PNG into a brush.

Open the PNG file.

Go to Edit> Define Brush.

You will find your new brush at the bottom of your brush list.
If you had problems during Step Two because the "Define Brush" command was greyed out, your PNG file is too big. Just reduce the size (no larger than 2500 pixels either horizontally or vertically) and then it will work for you.
