It started as a vision really, that she had one night as she was climbing into bed... a vision of a virtual scrapbooking mall, where customers could browse or buy on their own time, in their own home, and receive their scrapbooking and craft products instantly through digital downloads. And it might have continued as merely a vision had Rozanne Paxman’s life not taken a few very interesting turns.

Through a series of personal life challenges, Rozanne Paxman was forced to quit her job and stay at home to take care of her grandson. Since she had spent years as a business woman, previously working in the scrapbooking and software industries, it was unthinkable to her that she wouldn’t continue trying to help support her family in some fashion.

And so she turned full-time to this vision. It seemed it was her one option for helping to support her family financially under the circumstances she found herself facing. It seemed that Rozanne would become the CEO of Scrap Girls, LLC (scrapgirls.com).

From the start the vision of what the scrapbooking mall would provide was very clear: She wanted to provide digital and printable supplies for scrapbookers, card makers and paper crafters utilizing the talents of some of the market’s best designers. To complete the picture, time was spent on site development, adding galleries, a chat room, a university providing beginner knowledge on scrapbooking, and a boutique full of amazing designs and samples and before she knew it, she had hand-built a professional, high-tech website. Then, along with her enthusiastic supporters, Ro began to spread the word about the website. Email newsletters were sent out weekly. Link partnerships were built. Visitors came and stayed.

Scrap Girls was no longer just a vision. It had become reality and Scrap Girls became an important source for both digital and paper crafters located throughout the world, as their products are provide in both printable and digital formats with each purchase.

In little over a year, Scrapgirls.com has built an incredible team of product and layout designers. The product designers routinely provide some of the industries freshest designs to provide customers a complete line of scrapbooking products, including collections, papers, embellishments, alphabets, transparencies, cards, easy pages, paper crafts and eBooks. The layout designers create beautiful samples with the Scrap Girls products, providing both great ideas and helpful hints for those in the hobby.

It has been quite a journey. Scrap Girls continues to grow by leaps and bounds every month. As a team we are dedicated to friendly customer service, cutting-edge, top-quality design, and sharing our love of documenting family moments with others.
